The intelligence module reads the enforcement record as a set of connections. It will trace the entities named across cases, follow a single matter as it moves between agencies, and surface the patterns that repeat across the docket.
It is being built slowly because a connection is only as sound as the records behind it. Names recur, spellings vary, and two agencies acting on the same matter rarely describe it the same way. Each link this module draws is being reconciled against the source records first, so that a network reflects the evidence rather than a coincidence of wording.
When the module opens, every connection will link back into the database beneath it. Nothing will be asserted that you cannot follow to the actions it was drawn from.

Accused networks
The people and entities named across cases, mapped by the actions that connect them, drawn from all six agency records.
Cross-agency timelines
A single matter followed as more than one agency acts on it, arranged in the order the actions were taken.
Pattern detection
Recurring structures across the record: repeated sectors, repeated statutes, and the sequences in which actions tend to arrive.
